on the north and west sides of the building. Parking spots are
unassigned and all tenants must display a CS Property Management
decal. Visitors may park in the lot. See parking

eligible for a City Residential permit. For more information

Coin-operated
laundry facilities and storage rooms are located in the basement
of the building. You must provide your own lock for storage
bins and properly display the provided name tag. If you experience
any trouble with the washing machines, call Coin Laundry Systems
at 1-800-545-1177. |

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
POOL HOURS: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- No more than two (2) guests per tenant.
- Please be respectful of other tenants and avoid loud pool
activities.
- CS Property Management is not responsible for injury and
lost or stolen personal property in the pool area.
- Smoking and glass containers are prohibited within the pool area.
- Persons with contagious diseases or open infected sores
are not allowed in the pool.

You may reserve the party
room by calling the office at (812) 330-1411.
The party room is a common area of the building, therefore smoking
is not allowed. Always leave the party room as you found it.
This includes placing furniture back to its original position.
Theft of party room property will not be tolerated. The party
room is an area for all residents of Parkview and should be
treated accordingly. |
